I have had quite a bit of work done in my house by Mitchell, without fail you guys are always the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable contractors out there. Excellent Service! I called for an evaluation of our plumbing due to sewage back up and odor in my home. Joe came out to the house and did a very thorough job of investigating and identifying the issue. He really spent extra time with showing me exactly the plumbing issues with the camera. On Monday morning the job was in progress. It was estimated to be done Wednesday. The issue was resolved and finished Tuesday. This was not a small job I might add. I would recommend Mitchell plumbing any day!

I wanted to say that I recently had new Rheem furnaces and AC units installed in my duplex and I am very satisfied with the workmanship done. I went through Home Depot and came into contact with the Mitchell Representative Mr. Chris Pignolli. Chris viewed the project and described the work to be done. I got the price and signed the agreement and they were there shortly after that. Importantly, the 2 man crew was HVAC trained and they stayed on the job thru completion over 4 days. It has just been a week since completion but I do have a standard 1-year labor/10 year parts/lifetime heat exchanger warranty. The installers answered my question and said they will register the products also.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with Mitchell Plumbing and heating with you. On January 21, 2014 my 30 year old furnace gave out. I immediately called Mitchell, they were my first choice. As having no heat, I was given first priority and a service technician immediately arrived at my home. After diagnosing the problem he presented me with several options. I chose to replace my furnace with a new unit from Trane after speaking with Tim Quinn. The next day two installers, Randy and Zack, arrived promptly and began working. They worked efficiently and effectively without even getting my carpet dirty! They were professional, courteous and organized. When they finished it was such an incredible improvement. Randy and Zack had redesigned my duct work to give me 2 square feet of extra storage space!! Their work is beautiful!! I will ONLY use Mitchell Plumbing, Heating and cooling for any work I need done in my home. They are truly the best. Thank you to Tim, Randy and Zack!! Thank you Mitchell!!

This week we purchased a Trane furnace and air conditioning unit from Mitchell. The entire experience was very positive, starting with Tim the salesman and ending with the installation by Randy and Zack. The negotiating process was a pleasant experience, and we concluded the transaction feeling as though we got good value for our money. Randy and Zack did an outstanding job – they arrived when they said they would, they were very clean and neat, and really seemed to care about our house. They laid drop cloths on the carpeting and were very careful not to leave any traces of their presence, with the exception of a very meticulously installed heating and air conditioning system. We will definitely recommend Mitchell and will use them again in the future when needed. Thanks guys!

I know this is late but my husband & I will be remodeling our bathroom and Mitchell Plumbing came to mind from a service call back in October of 2009. We had just bought our 1st home and within 5 days had a major sewage backup/ flood in our basement. We panicked and called the much advertised Gillece Plumbing. They told us we would have to excavate and it would be roughly around $4000. We were DEVASTATED & they left with nothing fixed. Took the advice of our parents and got another opinion. We called Mitchell Plumbing.. 2 younger guys came out, fixed the problem immediately and told us to stop using the toilet paper we were using and only use Angel Soft or Scott’s. They fixed the problem,cleaned up & we’ve never had a problem since . I can’t believe we considered the $4000 excavating. Thank You so much Mitchell Plumbing for your honest boys & business. Those 2 youngsters knew what the heck they were doing.

A shout out to Bryan (technician), he got my A/C up and running for by business to open on time with Cold Air for the customers. My guys diagnosed the problem to be a bad transformer. Bryan, upon arriving to replace the transformer immediately said he doubted it was the transformer and sure enough it wasn’t. Bryan said that he was on his way home from work when the Service Mgr asked him pass our place to replace the transformer. He had limited diagnostic tools with him since he was on his way home. But he thoughtfully went thru my system and found the problem to be a bad contactor. Funny thing about this, this contactor was replaced last year by another Lenox contractor (Yellow trucks) for an outrageous price (because it was 90 degrees outside last year). Well, Bryan didn’t have the contactor on his truck but he tested the contactor that was supposedly bad that the other company left behind and it was good. I should have never had to replace that contactor last year and pay all that money. Bryan put the original contactor back in and we were up and running. Again, thanks to Bryan’s professionalism, knowledge and patience– we got Cold Air. Thanks Bryan!!!!!!
